There should be a settings screen and a button to access it.

The user should be able to choose in settings (#1) to either keep the current behavior of consistently requesting another response until one is right, or have it show the correct altitude.

This would be done by having it turn the field red and show the correct one, without setting a timeout to turn it back to black. The user would then hit enter or OK to get another test.

The user should be able to configure the min and max altitude and the increment in settings #1.

The user should be able to configure it (in settings, #1) to accept values within a certain margin of error.
