In connection to openjournals/joss-reviews#153, I could not find any dataset that would allow to demonstrate the usage of the software.
Dear authors,
thank you for your excellent extension package. However, I have failed to do the conversion in the 3Dslicer interface because the image cannot be imported in the Input Volume. I cannot find the target ultrasound image from the drop list.
When trying to build this extension with Slicer f9bd656dc616e85d8997aec66b338aa990890c59 superbuild configuring fails with a missing External_ITK.cmake
If I remove ITK (and VTK) from the various External_XYZ.cmake in the superbuild folder, I am able to progress.
By default, Slicer's ITK does not build the Ultrasound module, this had to be enabled and built manually. Once everything built, it loaded successfully.
No follow up required.
Right now, the example data loads in 3 axis arrays:

It looks like there might be a build problem with this extension, and it is no longer available to install in 3D Slicer via the Extension Manager (tested with 4.13.0-2022-01-21 (Windows nightly).
