When loading the usual pair of file (pose & pointclouds), and the pointcloud only contains 1 file, this happens:

I know it doesn't make sense to use AccumulatePointCloud when you have only 1 point cloud, but sometimes people don't realise it, so it might be better to have a user-friendly message instead of this.
For ApplyPoseToPointCloud, it's rare that it happens, but it makes sense, so this error shouldn't appear at all.
