Hi thanks for the prompt response. We actually just switched to using email for the identifier because name isn't unique anyway. Thanks again.

I had the same problem. I'm using the Ruby Gem and spaces get transformed to + signs in property names. Kissmetric itself doesn't seem to treat "Plan+Name" and "Plan Name" as equal properties.

Patching the gem to use URI.escape instead of CGI.escape (require "uri" first) seems to solve this problem for me.
