I'm currently completing a Level 3 Digital Support Technical Apprenticeship as an Applications Support Officer at Walsall Council. My role involves utilizing Microsoft PowerPlatform, Drupal, and DNN to provide digital solutions and exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
