Nuxtのdataの配列のなかにAPIから取得したデータを適宜入れることができない

Nuxtのstoreからコンポーネントに値(prefCodeとprefName)が参照できたら大丈夫！

問題点
- 都道府県APIで取得したpreCodeをどこで保持しとくか？？
解決策
- 一度叩いたらstoreで持っておき、そこからpreCodeを取得して、人口構成APIを叩く
- これがいいのかなって思う
