 User Manual of BREM WEB Server Bio-Reaction Enzyme Mining (BREM) Web-server is a elegantly designed unified platform for enzymatic reaction searching and reasoning. BREM is designed two solve the following two concerns for bioresearch and bioengineering: 1) mining reactions for provided proteins; 2) mining proteins for given reactions or compounds . BREM offers four essential modules: A. enzymatic reaction search and reasoning; B. compound search and reasoning; C. protein search and reasoning; D. Enzyme Commission number (EC number) related enzymes and reactions search and analysis.

Reactions API

  1. 拉取反应的API需要更新，目前蛋白搜索后，上面的API拉倒的反应是对的，但下面相似蛋白拉反应的API有问题。例子：P04693
  2. 反应对应的EC号，需要根据数据库直接拉取，目前是根据蛋白EC号组合的
