Add explanation of the generated command

Github Copilot for CLI has this feature and this is helpful too. When generating a command, an explanation of that command should be generated too.

Make some cross platform releases

The current installation process takes so long, as it installs Rust, then the dependencies too. It can be fixed if the app is built, and binaries are available on release.

And there should be another installer script, that:

Downloads the correct binary from the GitHub release
Copy that binary to a valid path

Might use Cross to accomplish this.

Allow user to submit their own API key

User should be able to use their own API key to use Cotherm

Installer script installs Rust even if it is already installed

Describe the bug
The installer script installs Rust, mainly on Linux systems, even if already installed.

To Reproduce
Install Rust and then install Coterm using the installer script.

Expected behavior
Rust installation should be skipped if already installed.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Ubuntu
Device: Parallels on MacOS, WSL on Windows
