This is done for the most part, i18n.js could be better, but I'm thinking about pulling that out into a separate module. If you have some time, have a look at the tests, I was able to get one suite passing, but there's still lots of failures in the other suites.

@therebelrobot thanks. There were some custom errors that were added to externals/jshint/jshint.js in live-editor. See https://github.com/Khan/live-editor/blob/master/external/jshint/jshint.js#L52748-L52756 and #5.
