Adds instapaper support to Movable Type's Action Streams plugin.

Installation
------------

Add the contents of streams.yaml to your /cgi-bin/plugins/ActionStreams/streams.yaml file.

Add the contents of services.yaml to your /cgi-bin/plugins/ActionStreams/services.yaml file.

Add the contents of action-streams.css to your /mt-static/plugins/ActionStreams/css/action-streams.css file.

Configuration
-------------

Your instapaper user id can be found when hovering over the RSS feed link
while logged into your account.  It will be something like 80499/JJddhLLjlksdf.
