It seems that when the epub has its own html toc, the navid should not be added to the spine - currently it is added with linear="no"

When I try to run this in Sigil 1.0.0, I get the following error message:

This is my first time using Sigil plugins, and so I'm not sure if there's something I'm doing incorrectly, or if this is a bug. Any help would be really appreciated! I'm a publisher interested in upgrading all my old epub 2 files to epub 3 for accessibility reasons, but am feeling a little daunted by the task, given that we're a very small team. Thanks!

My epub2 document passed FlightCrew validation, however when I run ePub3-itizer v036, it looks like all is going well

..parsing: OEBPS/toc.ncx
..creating: OEBPS/nav.xhtml
..creating: epub3

but then the process stalls.
I then hit Cancel and get this error message: Error Parsing Result XML: Start tag expected.

Then I see:

Plugin cancelled
Launcher process crashed

Do you know what might be causing this?

Fantastic plugin, thank you. Would it be possible to have it change .html file extensions to .xhtml, and update internal links accordingly? EPUB3 doesn't require .xhtml, but according to the spec

The XHTML Content Document filename should use the file extension .xhtml.

So .html filename extensions throw a warning in EpubCheck.
