Hi, I'm not sure what you mean, the belt gets tensioned on the z plates. How is this affected by the Top Parts?

Sorry my mistake I mean the files Left Right V3.5.
I have to tighten the belt really hard. And that tears my filament
there where I go in with the tensioner block.

@Biz810 What material did you use?

If tightening the tensioner block causes your part to split you might have a bit too much plastic on the Left/Right V3.5 plates from bridging and then the tensioning block acts like a splitting wedge when screwing it in. You could try filing the plate with a small file so that the tensioner block slides in smoothly. Try to get rid of any "hanging" filament from brdidging. The tensioner should move freely so that it will release the tension when loosening the screw

You can also try to shorten the belts by a few teeth (test in 2 teeth increments) so that you don't have to screw in the tensioner block so deep that it splits the plate.

It was printed from PETG.
I have reprinted the parts and will try to implement your tips.

Thank you very much

Cool! Just to be clear, I highlighted in red the section of the part where you might want to sand off any lower-hanging plastic from the bridging.

If the tensioning block requires force to slide into that tunnel because the tolerances are too tight, even after you've sanded off the bridging, sand the edges of the tensioning block instead. That should be much easier than filing the tunnel of the plate from the inside. The block should slide in and out smoothly.
