Currently in some places events are emitted in other places methods called.
Use only one interface for consistency

To allow easy modularization we should move logic out of core.
Leave only API calls

It seems nobody is interested in the debugger or just hesitate to post propositions.

Please do not hesitate. Any propositions are welcome.

We may run debugger as:

perl -d:DebugHooks::Terminal script.pl
perl -d:DebugHooks::KillPrint script.pl

Allow to run debugger as:

perl -d:DebugHooks=Terminal,KillPrint script.pl

Now emit has only two variants:

• all events return stop flag
• at least one event return stop flag

It will be more handy if emit return events result as is

Now events are just callbacks which are called in appropriate time
