CryoTanks issue (in flight mode on a broken tank / in VAB as well) about kerbalism HOT 5 CLOSED

Damn, this is the same as #47, only this time it happened in VAB, not in flight mode on a vessel with a broken tank...

Could be in here because removing the SimpleBoiloff.dll from CryoTanks "solves" the issue:

So, just had a flight where it all worked, the BDB tank that normally has ModuleBdbBoiloff which was replaced by my patch with ModuleCryoTank.

No issues. I was able to enable the cooling in VAB and to toggle the cooling in flight.
