Turns out, The issue stems from large part count vessels.
I am still assuming that the low framerate is more noticeable with mods, however i doubt its an incompatibility because i removed most of my mods except graphics mods and stock-like part mods.
To reproduce, Simply create a vessel with a lot of command/housing modules and "Try" to populate them. I hope this is an issue in kerbalism, and not just me being dumb.

I will leave this thread open any information on this topic would be nice. Ill stay with low module count vessels for now (besides, modded ksp always has performance issues with 50+ mods)

This is likely caused by another mod triggering a bug in KSP, which in turn cause some KSP API calls done by Kerbalism to take a huge amount of time, can't really investigate currently.

I see, well here is some more information, it seems to be more prevalent with modded command modules rather than stock modules, indicating that it is in fact an Incompatibility/Faulty API Call.

Here is my mod list, Any information on other potentially problematic mods/issues is greatly appreciated! (To optimise my pack)
