KensoBi

Data Visualization and Monitoring For The Manufacturing Industry

KensoBI allows you to query, visualize, alert on and understand your industrial data. Create, explore, and share dashboards with real 3D objects and connect to your favorite IT and OT tools. KesnoBI is a fork of Grafana with greater focus on manufacturing industry needs by providing:

  • CAD panels with built in SPC support
  • No-code SPC datasources
  • Datasources for IOT and OT tools
  • Built in statistics and SPC transformations
  • Built in SPC dashboards

Based on Grafana version: v9.4

Installation

docker run -d --name=kensobi -p 3000:3000 kensobi/kensobi

decimal bug in heatmap

Heatmap works great with whole numbers, however, when I select Calculate from data option and values are i.e. 78.123, 78.145 etc. it will drop decimal and combine them in a bucket.

Measurement Manager

Development of a new method to re-process metrology data submitted to a database which would allow for erroneous points to be removed.

Check panel signature and alerting after v9.5.7 sync

Alerting changes might not have been synced correctly. I don't see any data in alerts coming from the feature datasource. I also had to revert signature changes since the backend would not compile. Please make changes in branch v9.5.7.
