Running this will still throw the "Running Homebrew as root is extremely dangerous" and then fails with:

Failed during: /usr/local/bin/brew update --force --quiet

Which seems to be coming from the homebrew install script rather than the brew update your script does on line 66

After running script and specifying a TargetUser argument to set ownership and for running subsequent brew commands (cleanup & doctor)

Warning: The following directories are not writable by your user:
/usr/local/share/zsh
/usr/local/share/zsh/site-functions

Just wanted to report in the event additional chown commands should be added so brew doctor completes successfully.

Mac is running 10.15.5
