I have uploaded the new version and the tables of contents are still trying to be displayed. Each TOC has this at the top: %%%%TocTitlePlaceHolder%%%% and then each section has this to the right: %%%%EditSectionPlaceHolder%%%% which links to the page section to be edited.

The links in the TOC do not work.

for example i have two pages, first page have a link to second page (it's made by wiki markup: [second-page|my second page])

when i create a rendered page, where i can see my both first and second pages, link to second page still links to my wiki URL,
but i expect another behavior: link should be converted to innner link to my second page section in rendered page
