How to repro screenshots?

I'm new to neo4j how do I get that screenshot example?

$ npm run server # works
$ npm start # does nothing (but export the module)
$ npm test # test passes

I've been hunting for more services like this if you have any similar projects to share, I would greatly appreciate the info.

use ENV vars for configuration

As i tried the cgkb branch of avia (great article by the way) i had a hard time to figure out how that neo4j part was working, since cgkb was just a dependency in the package.json. From my understanding and experience it makes much more sense to put the configuration vars for db.json as an environment variable so it can be configured via deployment tools etc.

are u open for PRs here?
