Make sure your CIPP-API fork is up to date with the current fork, you're two commits behind which could explain this behaviour. Your API most likely does not have the new mailbox api yet. :)

Multiple, We're working hard to fix the last release bugs and typos, and adding some cool functionality that helps in deployment and maintenance.

- Open The Function App -> Deployment Center -> Sync
Restart the Function App
