Replace 25, 26's NAME into 125, 126 (or 21, 22)

If element.attribute.name == "NAME", it's naming symbol.
EAGLE can place only one element instance on a boarf artwork.
So I have to replace another layer.

Replace candidate layers are 125, 126 (by standard EAGLE panelized script), or I'm thinking about these symbols can replace to 21, 22 (tPlace, bPlace) safely and silently?
