Why not?

1: Be clear. Commits, file names and feature specifications need to be descriptive, and the commit comment should indicate which libraries were used in the committed files.

2: You can always add malware, BUT you have to submit it with the uppercase "MW" prefix in the file name (e.g: MW_UsefulScript.py).

1: Is absolutely forbidden to submit any kind of personal data such as credit cards, third-person emails, non-public people photos/links/paths neither any content related with underage people.
