Zone 659 (Rhalgr's Reach - In Crimson It Began) Crash

Not much to say other than the title. Loading this zone consistently results in a crash. Things I've attempted/tested:

• Loading directly from the inn room.
• Loading from a different loaded instance.
• Loading with a character that has already completed the associated duty.
• Loading with a character that has not completed the associated duty.

Loading Territory 863 crashes game

I was playing around with this neat plugin, trying to find some cutscene-specific zones when I loaded territory 863 (Eulmore instanced quest battle for A Feast of Lies) and crashed. As far as I've seen, only territory 863 crashes the game. It COULD be story progress specific; I'm on my main character who has cleared all MSQ, but I have a few alts that have yet to reach Shadowbringers that I can test with.
