Скомпилировал.  Если есть возможность, 
попробуйте запустить и сообщите о 
результатах.  Сам не могу, потому что ни у 
кого поблизости 64-битной версии ОС нет.  
Выложил инсталлятор на страницу загрузок:

I get a "unable to start correctly (0x000007b) error on starting the program 
(64bit win7) just so you know. Keep up the good work

Да, такая же ошибка при старте.
А ещё инсталлятор устанавливает программу 
в %ProgramFiles(x86)% (или в %ProgramW6432%) хотя в этом 
случае ей прямая дорога в %ProgramFiles%

x64 инсталер - та же ошибка Win8 x64

x32 установилась - запустилась и 
переключает, в той же  win8 x64.

Same here - fatal errro at start, on win7 64bit (using 64bit download)

0xc000007b ошибка на windows 7 x64, вообще не 
запускается. Нет иконки в трее 
соответственно.
