In the current location of the bill, if the bill is in one of the reading calendars then place what location (#) after the current location within the same cell

Pass in the magic string values as a hash to the function

{ 'c4' => 'm1', 'c14' => 'm2', 'c15' => 'm2' }

Currently commented out functionality. Was using the current position and Clerk of the House to say that the bill is defeated. This doesn't work during an active session.

Add the House "Senate Bills" calendar
Add the Senate "Tab on 2nd" and "Tab on 3rd" calendars.
