If the query is only @**Weather**, weather, or [@**Weather**|weather] [when],
it defaults to returning the weather of 455 Broadway, New York, NY.
I tried to run the code and understand it but I believe there is some problem in the virtual env. I'm not sure.

Getting ‘Mostly Cloudy’ is cool, but getting an actual temperature reading would be awesome (in ºF and ºC).
