This can be the landing page for the site for now.

When you submit the form it will give you a unique URL, nice and short e.g.

http://crowdpinion.kartoza.com/1

Which will be displayed with a message like this:

Thank you for submitting your crowdpinion question! Ask your crowd to go here to share their thoughts:

http://crowdpinion.kartoza.com/1

Then view the results at

http://crowdpinion.kartoza.com/results/1

Opening the results page should list all the words entered, one word per line, with an option to download as text file.

e.g.

Here are the results for the question

"What is your favourite animal?".

You can also click here to download the results as a text file:

Dog
Cat
Goose
Dog
Cat
Mouse
Cat

This should work nicely on mobile!

Given a question URL e.g. http://crowdpinion.kartoza.com/1 the user should see:

What is your favourite animal?

Enter one word that describes your opinion.

[ ]

Submit your awesome opinion!

After submitting, they should be shown a view that offers to either add another opinion or view the poll results (see #2)
