Repo for manuscript on the ecoengine service. To build a new manuscript

Required R Packages:

ecoengine
rmarkdown
# Install with install.packages('package_name')

Pandoc (1.12.3 or higher) is also required as a dependency unless working from the latest version of RStudio (0.98.953 or higher).

Building the manuscript:

make all

Implement citation example

Dear Karthik,

could you please add an citation example. I used Bibtex extensively for my dissertation if that is what we are using. But, it would save me a lot of time if I didn't need to figure how scientific markdown interfaces with Bibtex myself, plus you probably know what citation style to use in ecology.

Having trouble installing pandoc unter ubuntu

@karthik:

Trusty does not have the required version.
Cabal installation does not seem to be available to the Makefile.

Do you have any idea what I am missing? Can cabal install packages system-wide?
