When we have a grunt test runner we should then add the Travis CI hook.

Currently the jQuery view uses hard-coded strings to render the paginator. Although fine for an example, it isn't the most flexible solution. We should refactor the view so that it is easier to replace the hard-coded approach with other approaches - such as a template library.

I don't think we need to go too far with this, we just need to separate the responsibility of the rendering from the event handling - which will make the core jQuery view very light weight.

The ultimate goal is a jQuery view that allows the static HTML generation to be easily replaced with a template.
