It is possible to use swagger to see how it works. with /auth endpoint use can login. after that the /residence/oauthresidences endpoint will work and can return the residence and the logged in user.
This endpoint only illustrate how oath works for future reference.

Ideally, user should save access token and send it through headers. It, in turn, needs to get the data not html code from server side.

sanity check of data retrieve from database. code is not resilience. it should be able to handle exception better.
