Set up staticman to allow user comments on the post.

We have an automatic label allocation action based on the content which has been edited in a pr. However, the labels need to be configured for this to work.

Create author biographies to allow click through on names to function correctly

A 'similar posts' feature is available but will require a good series of tags to not just suggest every other post as related reading

The origin story is currently almost a verbatim from the PoC version of the newsletter and needs updating to be less ambiguous

The existing theme currently doesn't highlight any syntax. Investigate which of chroma and highlight.js are simpler to get wired up and working.

That lovely big blank space on the landing page is expecting a header image and currently doesn't have one. Getting something in there would be nice. Something suitable and free of copyright is needed (e.g. if there is something on pexels or similar)

Write an alternate CSS scheme for those who prefer black on white

Add a CONTRIBUTING text document with instructions on how posts can be added by other (approved) authors and how to get approved.

Write JS to allow users to toggle between a day mode css and a night mode css. Include the button in a very obvious and easy to see place.
