Offsets are not useful to external clients at all. They are only in the file to model references. They should instead be some sort of iterator to the event object.

As a side effect, the visitor should be able to traverse the sequence in some other order than from beginning to end since there are jumps, calls, rets, and loops which will affect the play order. This is a prerequisite for such functionality.
