I would expect the topmost program to disappear (which it does) and leave a 
blank spot (which it doesnt).

I know this has been mentioned, but I am posting for documentation purposes.  
There should be a way to remove your infractions or someone else's.

Each agent should have a private Control Panel that can be accessed through the 
browser. This panel will provide access to additional features that will allow 
the agent to create a private area for him and his friends.

Possible alternate countdown audio file when getting close to 10-20 seconds. 
Such as a verbal countdown or as suggested the sounds of a nuke siren etc. 
(desktop background  / trace tracker flash red?)

Ive looked through some online sound archives to find a sound to play during 
the last few seconds of a trace.
I didnt like a lot of the stuff I found, it just didnt sound right.
Im not saying 'this is the one to go for' but it might be a beginning;

Sometimes you need to quickly write down something, there the scratch pad would 
come in handy.
Maybe then have your notes sticky on your background.

the task-manager. Its not, so you might close the wrong instance

Those Buttons next to the 'X' to close a window seem wrong to me.

That (turned 90 degress) >< looks more like a "shrink" to me, while the > is 
more the minimize to tray guy.

Version v2.0.9.2e broke the vertical alignment of the memory bar (programs bar).

Alignment stays always 'horizontal' even if you change the GUI options to 
vertical.

Let the "Enter seach here" string disappear once you click on the field

Some type of terminal access to other systems. Possibly a trojan you can upload 
that can sustain a backdoor connection. You can then access the terminal. Once 
a trojan is inserted have the ability to install ftp servers etc so you can 
just have immediate access to files on the system for read/write/transfer that 
way you can bypass security on systems you have already compromised. Have the 
system “admin” find said trojans within certain time intervals maybe 20-30 
mins and clean the system so the backdoor closes. Have said trojans be one time 
use then disappear from you inventory. This will follow the thought process 
that it is now detectable. This item will basically serve as a buff because 
within 20-30 mins you will have free access to the system for missions. Make 
the trojan very pricey and make the method of insertion difficult i.e must 
bybass multiple security layers to plant it. That way its high cost and risky 
but has high gain for a successful plant.

hiye, i Have been completed the challenge server and got "Intranet link 
gateway" after i connected, it doesn't appear any new map, just back to current 
map. 
how its work? or i missing something

Next to the Disconnect-button you have 3 rows to display information.
The 3rd line is only used to display autosave information.
In the other time that line could be used to display the current version, so 
its easier to include it in bug reports

In the Agent-Module the reward-amount could be padded so it looks cleaner.

When logging in (with a wrong password) you should be told why you were not 
able to connect. Either cause you entered the wrong password, or because 
something is actually gone wrong

a nice working pace that balances with the hardware and software upgrades as 
your level unlocks more difficult missions.

i want to redo all the missions payouts, hardware and software and scripts, so 
that as you complete a few missions and your level increases, you just about 
have the money you need to upgrade your hardware and software to take on the 
new missions that open up.

Have a little box you can tick so you dont always have to enter your username 
and password on your own computer.

I had set my volume to 42, a while ago.
When looking into the options menu the volume bar (under genereal options) was 
filled completely and hadnt updated.

Add a feature so you can crash a server.

That means that noone will be able to use the server for... lets say 15 minutes.
