Change image size

I would like to be able to scale the images in my posts. I've had a poke in the PHP files and not found anything pointing to the image sizes? I found your comment in

//the documentation for wp_get_attachment_image_src says you can pass in an array of width and height but that didn't seem to work.

but that's only about the post featured image? I'd really appreciate some pointers as to where this gets handled!

Load external stylesheet

How can this be achieved? I've tried putting it in the HTML for the title with a <link> but that doesn't seem to work.
