If I set the column title to $A \implies B$, it shows up as "A@ifvmode @Equal \implies @ ifvmode B".

I think this is a bug.

A feature I would find helpful for these small bugs, is if you could make a method to copy the generated LaTeX code, and manually edit it.

Just a question, as you can see in the screen, the first column of the generate table isn't correctly centered :-)
