Consider checking the git logs to shame the offender.

Add a command option for filtering pulls output in a grep-ish way.

Sometimes, the pulls list gets pretty hairy. It's be nice to be able to filter it somehow, like by repo, or something. A nice general purpose solution is to pipe to grep, but that's not safe for whatever machine is hosting the bot. An alternative option would be to allow !pulls to filter output using regular expressions.

Some examples:

!pulls -g kofno # pull requests from kofno

!pulls -g 'sa-codewell' # pull requests on codewell

!pulls -g 'sa-codewell' -g kofno #pull requests from kofno on codewell

Option flag could be -g or --grep

Not sure if this is possible with github api, but it would be cool if !pulls could count the number of comments that have a +1 in them, and then display it.

!pulls -p1
