Should allow the user to customize the filename generated. If we do the name/description prompt, we might start by just using the name and adding ".json" to it.

Should detect if we're looking at a category-level item, and provide more metadata on that element. Probably would include the section number, at least.

When creating the framework, allow the user to give it a name and description. This could come from somewhere in the CSV, but I'm thinking initially it might just be some prompts on the CLI.

Might want to detect the depth of an element and tag it with its type: Category, Process Group, etc.
