Add attribute with note and octave to each key

It might be useful to add metadata to each key indicating the note and octave the key represents. E.g. this could be used in a click event listener to create a note sequence from user input.

Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token, both as node module and svelte demos

As node module: Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token 'export' : custom-piano-keys-node.js:2

On both svelte demos I get: Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token '<' : custom-piano-keys-node.js:1

Change piano starting and ending key

Currently the piano starts from C and ends in C.
Can we please have an option where we can start from D and ends in D,
or starts from E and ends in E, ... etc
