Using either snps or alignment multifasta file to create a phylogenetic tree.

Added bonus if label can be do to identify outbreak strain vs other strains.

You will need to first clone the repository and the edit the file and then commit.

Convert multi-fasta file to list of snps (VCF or any other any format will do) with the goal that you can parse the file to get counts for specific snp .
