I'm getting and error when trying load the layout app on the browser.

Not Found: /_dash-layout
Not Found: /_dash-dependencies

Im Runnin the project on Windows 10.
All the structure remains the same as you have on your repository.

There seems to be some issue with highlight.pack.js when trying to run the dash app through http://127.0.0.1:8000/dash/, the graphs do not load.

in web console I am getting this error "Loading failed for the <script> with source “http://127.0.0.1:8000/_dash-component-suites/dash_core_components/highlight.pack.js?v=1.0.0&m=1562944863”"

I have tried to put the highlight.pack.js through CDN overriding as well but it's still trying to find that specific file and fails.
