tiny-ui-fix-for-ts3's Issues

Does not work on Linux

I'm on Linux Mint 21 (Ubuntu 22.04) and installed .NET for Linux 8 and PowerShell for Linux 7.4 via the official Microsoft repo and was hoping the application would run on my copy of Sims 3.

Unfortunately, despite having both prerequisites installed, it never produced the tiny-ui-fix.package file. Judging by the output, I believe this is because the script cannot find my s3pi libraries, which are in a Wine prefix.

Are there any plans for Linux support? Currently, I have to mount my Sims 3 folders via sshfs-win in a Windows VM to build the package, which is quite annoying.

Edit: The mod does work on Linux when built, it's just the building part which I have to do on Windows and would prefer to avoid.

Crazy layout

Hey! I really love the idea of this mod, I've been waiting for something like this for years. Unfortunatelly, I haven't got a chanse to try it out because of the bug that caused everything to go mess. I use Windows 11 with 1.69 version of the game.

Doesn't Seem to Work with the new EA App

With the switch from Origine to the EA App, finding the path isn't done automatically. Which isn't exactly a problem, except for the fact that I've tried for an hour now and I can't get it to recognize the The Sims 3 folder. For whatever reason, it never understands that the Sims 3 is in the EA Games app. Thanks.

Pie menu lag with fix installed.

Hello, first of all thank you for making this. I really appreciate it and I don't know how I'd play my game without it honestly. Sadly I'm having an issue, I not sure why, but when I have the fix installed it makes my pie menu lag when clicking on sims. Clicking on objects is fine but clicking on a sim I have a lag of a few seconds.

Obviously this is not the end of the world, but it is slightly annoying. I've included some clips to show what I'm talking about. I'm not sure what, other information could be helpful, so please, let me know if I can provide anything else that would be useful to you. Again, thank you for creating this fix it honestly saves my eyes and I don't know what I would do without it.

Mac OS Error

Thank you very much for your work. I'm looking forward to trying it; however, an error appears after selecting and generating on the browser interface

Can't exit build/buy

This mod is great and works perfectly as long as I don't enter build/buy. If I do enter build/buy, I cannot exit to live mode to continue playing. It doesn't freeze because I can continue to switch between build and buy but I cannot go to live mode at all. I do have mods (lots of them) so I do not know if it could be conflicting with something but the game runs fine without the UI scalar.
