Currently examples fail when using Fiona instead of Pyshp.

An example to display all additionally available colormaps, in matplotlib style.

Show that custom colormaps or kwargs can be passed to shaded relief methods.

Here are a few different coastline plotting techniques I can think of:

• all elevations with zero contour;
• full bathy background and rasterio land-masked topo overlay;
• full topo background and rasterio ocean-masked bathy overlay;
• full bathy, land polygon and positive elev (assume no positive elev at sea);
• full topo, ocean polygon and negative elev (assume no negative elev on land);
• full topo, ocean polygon and contours; and
• full bathy, land polygon and contours.

Maybe Kushiro / Abashiri is a good test region for it.

Allow xarrays in all shaded relief methods. This will let me clean a lot duplicate code in my projects.
