• afnw_world で作成されたネザーゲートを afnw_world_nether につなぐ処理を作成する

[PlayerTeleportEvent](https://hub.spigotmc.org/javadocs/spigot/org/bukkit/event/player/PlayerTeleportEvent.html) の getCause でネザーゲートかを確認し、テレポートを行う

不具合の具体的な説明

農作物が完全に成長しているのに回収できない

不具合の再現方法

完全に成長している農作物を回収しようとする

期待される動作

保護機能に邪魔されることなく、回収できる

運営のBEアカウントのMCID(UUID)をコンフィグで指定できるようにして、Bedrock Blockerに引っかからないようにする

• UUIDへの対応
• コンフィグを追加

/lobby, /void, /tutorial, /bed を実行した際に行われる待機時間中に動いた場合はテレポート自体をキャンセルする
