Use apt installation for max compatibility. Better-cli-tools include fd, exa, fasd, etc. Move away from snapd and nix, as they are causing troubles for WSL.

In current site.yml, a local user pip is installed first and ~/.local/bin is added to the path. When conda is installed, the local pip still takes precedence over conda's pip. Conda installation should first check is a local pip is installed and remove it if needed.

Current scripts doesn't install pip. Emacs requirements would fail due to pip not found.

When such ssh key auto-loading is disabled, the ssh key forwarding works fine.

cudnn installation better use nvidia's ppa instead of a custom link for deb.
