This library provides an opinionated tiptap wrapper with support for Markdown that was created initially for Nextcloud Text.

While passing the markdown to markdown it and using the HTML as a source for the prosemirror document works surprisingly well, a proper parser for this should be added at some point.
This could be based on https://github.com/ProseMirror/prosemirror-markdown/blob/4525cb287696f9f77b73bd2a28a2ad1271431b3a/src/from_markdown.js but needs a way to properly handle custom node types and marks.

I first ran yarn then yarn build. Both went fine.
Funny thing is /root/nextcloud-text/node_modules/deasync does not exist.
It should be possible to edit plain text as well together with providing a highlighter for specific plain text filetypes.
Came up in https://github.com/nextcloud/server/pull/21082/files/dc3c146c93641c5aa06de0e3ee1663d9dfcbf577#diff-ed093d34ae18b2b15b23d4f64a7d8559 that it might be useful to have a plain preview component for markdown without loading any actual features.
