SMTP configuration

It should somehow be possible to configure SMTP credentials in the same way as database and caches.

Maybe even consider creating a pull request to django/django that will create an intermediary setting EMAIL_CONFIG dictionary containing all the necessary base settings (i.e. EMAIL_HOST, EMAIL_HOST_PASSWORD, EMAIL_HOST_USER, EMAIL_PORT and EMAIL_USE_TLS).
