Lathbot is cannot check the warns of a user that has left the server even when using the user ID

--Lathbot stays in VC even after people leave, still playing music if you join back, till queue ends prob.

To Reproduce
-Join a VC in Lathland
-queue some songs
-leave after lathbot joins
-lathbot stays
-join back and Lathbot still playing music

Expected behavior
Lathbot should leave after all people leave the VC. me thinks

Hello, I am asking you to add a tts function for lathbot in vc so when lathbot isn't playing music, people that don't have a mic can talk through lathbot. Thanks!

It is inconsistent Because in the recent discussion of weapons and caliber it would occasionally detect the caliber as a link or not

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'debate'
2. Type something and add a space then a .22 and maybe something after it
3. It might detect it as a link

Expected behavior
It doesn't detect calibers and units of measurement as a link

P.S. (also I would've done it myself via the pull request thingy but I didn't see any examples with multiple user ids so would be cool if you could teach me how that wacky stuff works)

You can use lathbot to embed things into the venting channel,

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to venting channel
2. Tell Lathbot to -repeat an image
3. Lathbot embeds the image

Expected behavior
Probably shouldn't be able to embed things with lathbot when you cannot embed things normally
