Feature Request: PSF Templating tools

Some tools for fitting typical 2D PSF templates would be nice. VIP currently offers

• 2D Airy Disk
• 2D Gaussian (both symmetric and asymmetric)
• 2D Moffat (I've never heard of this- need to research)

Interface

I'm not to certain about the interface. Ideally, there are some frameworks that exist that allow simple model definitions that I can just export for use. Otherwise I may have to wrap some simple code with Optim.jl

A more structured solution involves creating a struct for the outputs that can easily retrieve the parameters, the evaluated model, and information about the inputs so things like residuals can be easily plotted via plot_recipes. This is what VIP does and is kind of nice to get the automatic plots, but I'm not sure how I feel about it as a library function.

Organization

All this should go in some separate file psf_templates.jl and a corresponding documentation section should be made for it.

Primarily for use with PCA, but test to see if works with NMF
