fix bug with regex used to process output from msbuild to determine if output is an warning or error. currently it hangs for fucking ever before returning due to the regex pattern.

add installer to drone, installer should drop files int program files, and add drone to path
so it can be called on command line

drone should be able to drill up parent folders and find its config folder
if its not in the current one, that way you don't always have to be at the
same place where the drone.config is at.

need a task like run process but instead does not wait for the process to complete.

this.Add("name", c=> {}); casues an error

add code to init to create a basic DroneMain.cs file with all the basic code so the user
can just start hacking away.

there is a race condition where the process runner gets stuck,
today I realize that there is no need to have a separate thread monitoring the output
of the process object, its already thread, remove all that stuff.

currently flags and config static classes are only available when using the
run command which causes errors for other commands like ls

copy task sucks, make it better, needs globs, exclusions, etc.

add try catch around creating the drone main module
in case thre is an issue when building that object

add code to timestamp and keep track of files and their changes, if they change in size
or modified timestamp it should recompile, otherwise it shouldnt.

need something like a copy task that syncs 2 folders to avoid doing
extra work
