[FEATURE] User page listing users by registration date

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There is no way now to know when a new user was made, or when a user became Volunteer or Coordinator or Administrator or Director. It would be very useful to be able to order users by registration date, so it can be easily ordered and new normal users, new volunteers, etc. checked and contacted if needed.

Describe the solution you'd like
In the Users view there are already different ways of filtering users. It would be very handy to have a column with the registration/modification date, so the volunteers Coordinator can easily check who has recently registered or become volunteer or coordinator. And that that column order users by newer to older.

There is no way now to find users depending on their interests.

There should be a search function that allows filtered search by different interests.

[BUG] Coordinators are seeing the private personal details of the Account information of all users

Describe the bug
Right now Coordinators can see all the private account details of all the volunteers and users.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the users list
  2. Click on an user
  3. You can see all the account details (Email, Name, Final Name).

Expected behavior
When Coordinators see user pages, they have no right to see private account details for Volunteers who aren't in their Working Groups. All they can see is the Nickname (with the option to send a private message) and the Interests of that User.
This is the same for the information that other Volunteers can see about the others.

There is no way for a new volunteer to know that there are questions waiting for him/her, so the person creates his/her volunteering interests in the platform. If the questions module appear in the Dashboard until the volunteer fills in them, then it would be clear.

Describe the solution you'd like
In the Dashboard new volunteers get the common questions until they fill in it, then the Dashboard with the Tasks replace that first Dashboard view.

Pop-up for new/existing volunteers that have not answered any question.

[BUG] Filter for Interests on Interests Page

The search function on the Users only allow to search by user name, but not by interests.

[FEATURE] Dashboard View and Filter View for TASKS

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
(1) There is no title for the tasks section on the right side in the Dashboard.
(2) To make easier and suggest the right tasks for the users, on the Dashboard the tasks that match user Interests and/or Working Groups are shown under "Tasks.
(3) There is no a possibility to see "Open Tasks", "My Tasks" and "Created by Me" (Coordinators/Directors/Admins) [These options aren't findable in the Tasks Page either.
(4) No clear how tasks are ordered.

Describe the solution you'd like
(1) Before the Tasks Search Bar, "Tasks" title is placed.
(2) First: all "Working Group" joined by the user are marked ("Several Working Groups" is shown if there are more than 3). Second: All interests of an user are marked ("Several interests chosen" is shown if there are more than 3). Any user can open the filter and see all the possible Working Groups and Interests to modify the selection or clear it.
(3) There are buttons to select "Open Tasks", "My Tasks" and "Created by Me" (Coordinators/Directors/Admins), so you can see the list of tasks that are vacant, the ones in which you are working on and the ones that you're managing. [The same kind of options are to be found in the Tasks Page]
(4) Tasks are ordered by deadline.

[BUG] Verification mail with Localhost url

When new user is created, the confirmation mail is invalid "localhost:8000" url.

  1. Create new user
  2. Await until the mail received
  3. See the error

[FEATURE] Option to access working group page via User info page

In the user information page you can see all the working groups which the person has already joined, and the answers the person has given to those working groups, but there is no option to directly access that working group on that spot (like for example you can do for the tasks there also listed below)

An "eye button" or another element that allow direct access to the Working Group listed.

There is no pop-up button when clicking on an user icon/user tag to show the options (1) View user (if rights allow for that, always for the user him/herself) and (2) Message user.

[FEATURE] Filer by Working Group for users list on Users Page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When looking for adequate Volunteers, it's important that Working Group is an option to select before filtering by Interests. By default no Working Group is chosen, but the option should be there to select (then it can become slower and more difficult, but it is needed that you first filter by the people you know in a working group, and then by the interests to find the appropriate Volunteer).

Working Group cell on the right side of the Interests cell in the filter of the Users Page.

[BUG] Error when trying to sign in with account already registered

Describe the bug
"Error: Error: Request failed with status code 409" pops up when I try to sign in with an existing account already registered in the system.

Expected behavior
A message should indicate the user that the mail account already exists in the system and that password should be recovered if the person wants to access that account.

[FEATURE] TASKS get full and disappear from Open Tasks

There is no way to know if tasks are already taken by the necessary amount of people.

Describe the solution you'd like
Tasks have amount of people indication (e.g.: 0/3, 2/3) and when the task is fully taken, it doesn't show up anymore in the dashboard of Open Tasks, but in the tasks taken by people "My Tasks" and in the Tasks list of the Working Group. Maybe visually shown with a shadowing.

Maybe instead of people amount, the task can have a management option to select that the task is already taken.

[BUG] Pretty colours of elements not working

  1. Go to any selectionable element with pretty colours.
  2. Click on edit the colour
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error: The colour does not appear.

Expected behavior
I expected the right chosen colour.

[FEATURE] Normal user to become Volunteer

For normal users there is no way to become a volunteer after accepting all the terms and conditions and the other policies.

When a normal user logs in, there should be a button "Become volunteer" that opens a module to read the Registration Page and tick the boxes to accept all the terms and policies before becoming new volunteer.

I tried to log in, but error "Something Went Wrong: An arror has ocurred" came up. Then I tried to recover password, but the same error appeared.

[BUG] Permits for volunteers

Describe the bug
Now all volunteers can see tasks that were opened for Private Working Groups and they can find Private Working Groups if they got the right URL. No single Volunteer or Coordinator should be seeing any Private Group nor Task for Working Groups in which they are no Members or Coordinators. Only Directors and Admins should be able to see all (Private) Working Groups and all the tasks.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create task for a Private Working Group
  2. List tasks and find tasks created for Private working groups

Expected behavior
No task created for a Private Working Group should be findable by a Volunteer that isn't Member or Coordinator in that Private Working Group.
